Gibby Tbird 120th Anniversary Ed.

Shoulda said it was a "twofer".I like that bass. When the ‘15 chose me during the great GC Gibson blowout during a couple of weeks in the summer of 2015, they had one of those at $999. Almost bought both. The ‘15 was and is perfect. But on the anniversary bass, the bridge inserts were pulling up and the fretends needed a bit of work, at least to meet my expectations. They said at that price, it was offered as is. So I passed, not wanting to buy it and then hassle with a warranty claim. But it sounded really good. And knowing what I know now, that I could have fixed it myself, I should have snagged it. But the wife probably would have killed me...
Born/raised in Miami. I got into Hockey in the early '60s when NBC did one(1!)game a week. And, yes, best, most exciting game ever.A hockey fan in Florida? Are you a northern transplant?
Only the best, most exciting game ever!

That looks pretty exciting too. Here is the Australian team playing

Non-Bird content...
Hey @JJR58 , here's where those Rickenbacker p'ups went. There are cosmetic issues that were incurred in the process, so I won't do a close-up just now (...), but the sound is big, curvy and beautiful. I am psyched for that part! Got a little fixin' to do for the presentation though...
And now, here's the Hambacker, wired up with the proper guts and pots, from a Ric 4001 schematic, cozying up to the Kustom Groove 310C I got from the sale of an old school Acoustic rig (that's been in the Classies here)... that rather hefty 3x10 combo is stupefyingly loud. Lol.

I love my Vintage Pro. It sounds/plays awesome and looks like a 60s Bird. The nice part is I don’t worry about taking it to a gig, no matter how seedy the venue might be.Those Epi vintage style Birds look great!![]()
It’s one of those sports that’s fun to play, but boring to watch.... unless it’s the Olympics... then it can get pretty heatedYou guys have Curling down under? Now that's an exciting sport!![]()
