OMG, now i feel like a real dumbbum.
As if i didn't know this song.
Bummer, walk through it man. It did make you some time to back off and chil though... sort of, I guess...Got a nasty stomach bug yesterday that’s way worse today, so I’ve been laying around making pathetic noises and watching rockumentaries. Started with the one on The Replacements, then went to the Damned doc. Saw a great one on Brian Eno, focusing just on the years 71-77. Amazing 6 year run! Currently watching one on The Residents. Also cool
No problem. I saw them the first time around. They are the buzz for punk/rock roots. Leading the curve I'd say.
Sorry you missed them.

And the Dingwall ain't bad, eitherWe often see shoes. But I can't recall seeing a trucker jacket...
The neck PUP solo'd yields a round bass tone if that makes sense. No mud, kinda dark. Again with a pick it sounds great, slight growl and deep. Think Pbass on steroids, kinda like a Roscoe. Fingerstyle, nice and smooth. What a bass, I think it will work for any genre, I'm very surprised and pleased.
Icing on the cake? One of the lightest 5ers I've ever owned.
More later![]()

Corky Lang talks about Felix and his Thunderbird:
I just found this, by the way- just now, after my previous post...
Yep. Sometimes I wonder if we get another round at this life. Of course, sometimes I wonder how many I've had...So I got this far trying to catch up last night. Then went straight down a Mountainous rabbit hole ‘til I fell asleep. Ahhhh, to be 12 again.....
Sorry about the stomach thing. I think I had that a few weeks ago. But the documentaries sound great! Where are you watching them? This is one I need to watch ASAP: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] . Saw them about 10 years ago and they were amazing. Had to miss the show this past Sunday.

Nothing like a pegged VU meter to let you know you are doing it right. Zoom abuse is updated tape saturation.Since people seem to appreciate a little Zoom recorder abuse, here it is waving a white flag and shouting 'ow!'

Can't like this, but can suggest DOA about the Sex Pistols trip across the US. Decline of Western Civilization Part I about the LA punk scene is pretty good, too. Neither is likely to help a stomach bug.Got a nasty stomach bug yesterday that’s way worse today, so I’ve been laying around making pathetic noises and watching rockumentaries.
