Love goat curry.

Interesting aside. I just made a curry for dinner at my daughter's request. She likes my curries.

Unfortunately I'm at my daughters tonight in a "non-ethnic" ( redneck ) part of the city, so my curry craving is going unfulfilled.

Having milked goats, I can say that fresh goat milk isn't my favorite, either. But, I have issues with cow milk (in spite of having milked those animals as well), and so does my wife. So, we eat goat and sheep milk cheese when we have cheese. Goat leather isn't bad, either.

Not a fan of any milk at all but can handle cheese of many varieties depending on how they are served. Goat cheese needs something to help tone it down tho IMO. it is a strong taste.

Chorizo is NOTHING like Andouille. What's the supposed substitute for Tasso...Spam?

The Chorizo i get here doesn't really remind me of Andouille either. Most Chorizo in this region and especially southern New Mexico is too spicy for me. I like it but my body HATES it.

So long as it goes in the turkey after cooking, yes. If the turkey will be in an oven long enough, you can cook the stuffing with it. If it doesn't go in the turkey, it's dressing.

Yep, I’m going to start with Creole since that resonates with me a bit more. Prob use Spanish Chorizo sausages and chicken - I favour thighs.

PS I watched a YouTube on the Creole/Cajun difference in people’s and some Jambalaya info explains the difference in the C vs C versions.

merguez (which I'm sure is available in your neck of the woods) is a better substitute for andouille than chorizo..

Got the email today and ordered a set, hybrid 45-105. Thought I’d give his new venture a shot. Not sure what they’ll go on. I put the Black Beauties I had on the recently acquired Goth and and liking them on it more than I did when I tried them on the ‘15. So maybe I’ll put these on the ‘15...or one of the Fenders or maybe on the cheap SUB that just got the fret ends done (they were terrible, but I got that otherwise surprisingly nice bass really cheap). What to do...
