Thunderbird Club

Sorry for the delay in replying to you, but as another poster said - Nothing distracts from a Thunderbird!

Using a white strap on a white Thunderbird doesn't take away anything from it. Instead I would say that using a white strap with a white Thunderbird makes it look even more awesome!

I followed those EB instructions when I put Cobalt flats on my VP. Now I get creaking and snapping sounds every time I tune it.

Hmmm. Don't see how that would happen. (Not saying it isn't happening.) I followed the instructions on both of mine and they are doing just fine.

That seems like a Hell of a deal for a custom made Thunderbird!!! Brad Lowe is a member here and at the Last Bass Outpost. If I hadn't just bought the StatusBird (with a Lowe body) I would jump on that!!

Agreed. I only posted it because is has P-Bass width neck, which is not my thing. I know, I know, neck swap (enablers!) but I have a kid graduating high school next week and starting college in in the fall. Money leaves faster than we earn it these days!
