Baby, I know it’s you. “PillO”? Really? If we’ve had this conversation once, we’ve had it a million times. That was before we even met and they were really just working their way through college. Either you can get over it or you can’t. Just let me know.

It's Thunderbirds and water right? I used to have nightmares about my '64 underwater with an ice-sheet so I couldn't grab it! ... oh wait, I wasn't supposed to reveal that.., I, I meant I always get thirsty when I play my Thunderbird... yah, just a bit thirsty...ha-ha.

Lol... For me it's the tendency to be a little haphazard when I'm in "Just Go" mode. Over, into, or down it goes... when I'm present of mind all is well, but I know I've gotta pay attention!

I read that they should be epoxy-coated, aren't they?
However, I haven't unmounted them yet.
I've already found the covers, while tuners and bridge aren't a problem.
But clover tuners require new holes, I must be sure that I won't sell the Bird prior to drill them:roflmao:

I believe that the pickups are epoxy-coated, but that is inside the black plastic cover. Once the plastic part is removed you put the epoxy-coated part inside the chrome covers. See the link below:
