When I bought my THUNDERBIRD, the local GC didn't have any in stock. I paid for the case at the same time, but it showed up a week later, whereas I walked out the door with the bass. Worth it.
This is just cool on so many levels.
I was hoping someone would mention that!
It's Thursday by the time I saw it.
Still have 'em both. EpiBird 5er for sale, here and Reverb.

My brain always gets caught on the pics of your TBird. My immediate reaction is always, why did he take that picture in the mirror?

Dopey question I know, but which Thunderbird is the reverse body style and which is the non-reverse?

We just had a gig land in our hands for this weekend literally last night, and the thunderbird is getting the nod for this one. It's almost like it was fate...
Stoked to test it out live although I would have liked to have a rehearsal in there but oh well I'm a leap before I look kinda bass player...
I got it all set up to play beautifully, thanks everyone for your help btw.
The only thing i need to do is intonate it (but it isn't too far off right now) as my tuner is at our practice space but I can drop by and grab it so I'll be ready for Saturday.

If you ever have to play the intro to, "For Whom the Bell Tolls", you'll appreciate the NR.
Yeah, I favor the reverse as well. But I'm sorely tempted by a certain someone's 5 string NR P/J
