As long as you are sharing too much information, thiazide, loop, potassium sparing, or combination?I don't need a white bass, I have a diuretic that does that.

Yeah. The ones on the Epi blue IV and the Goth are passable, but not precise at all.

IIRC - Eppi changed tuner models a few months after the initial VP release. I have one of the early ones and the tuners are fine, no issues, work great. I've heard others complain about the newer tuners being sloppy.
But nothing comes close to the slop on my Goth. They hold tune ok but getting there is an excercsie in frustration. Total garbage.
Tuners seem to be the primary cost cutting part in otherwise good, but inexpensive basses. My MIM Mustang PJ is exactly the same. Holds tune, but getting there is tedious.
Math. Not one of my strong points. Not so proud, and at the same time, i don't give a ....
While your math fu is excellent, your cool grokking is not. You do not get to decide if you are cool. We say you are both cool so you are stuck with that.

I’ve transitioned between cool and not cool so often my 64-bit accumulator rolled over at least once.I'm being very Postmodern, even Rousseauian today (my actual polar opposite), so facts and rationality are irrelevant. It's how I feel that really matters.

I don't know. My daughter assures me that I am not cool. And from my recollections of being a teenager, it is impossible to be a dad and be cool unless you happen to be a real rock star (rock star, not pop star).
