Looks like a Waterstone headstock but I've never seen an eight string one before so not exactly sure. I do like the color though.

It most certainly is, even better on draught.
I was sure the body was ahunerdpercent Epi or Gibson. That's a beautiful instrument, wether one has a use for it or not.
8 strings are cool but it’s so much easier to use an octave pedal.

Nooooooooooo!My girlfriend had this laying around the house and gave it to me. It's a Sears Roebuck 5 string banjo, with bakelite frame and resonator. I believe it dates to the early 1960's and was made by Harmony in the USA. I cleaned it up, glued the 5th string tuner into the neck and tuned her up, old grimy strings and all. Sounds really good! Thunderjo maybe?

It has a slot underneath that fits with the third bolt!
I love the way these look.
It has cutouts on the bottom that sit over the insert caps, so it sits completely flush. Love it! (This is me rubbing salt into the wound ). Just kidding! Cheers!

Thanks. Trying to decide what to put on the recently acquired Silverburst. I like the DR Black Beauties on my Goth. The only bass I currently have regular stainless rounds (Rotos) on is the old Silvertone in my avatar and which doesn’t get played.
