That stinks. No pun intended.Had a little rain. Toxic ash gets washed into waterways and now millions of fish are dying.
I’m starting the process. I’m working on decluttering the garage, a trash bin at a time. I can’t believe how much c**p I’ve acquired over the years.Well before Marie Condi got known, I started trying to have less stuff. It’s a struggle most days but worth it. And we are trying to get debt free, so that particular piece of art needed to go. Hopefully it finds a good home where it gets played.
He’s a genuinely good guy; a bass player. I am very comfortable saying no thanks. But he is really good at working with his customers.Sounds like you have his devious methods discerned. Unless, of course, you've only been in there about three times! In which case, I think he has you figured out and you should not "represent yourself" in his court.![]()
We had a huge fire in the Kern River area more than a decade ago. Hundreds of thousands of acres. The trout are still recovering. That stinks. No pun intended.
Standard answer: No. Of course not. You’re not fat.
Same preference for set-neck over bolt-on, and for angled-back headstocks. Just a thing... looks more like a "musical instrument" to me, form following a function.
Damnation MBD-1. Love it at low gain. Also great at higher, but I don't tend to go there. There's now a smaller MBD2. Same circuit, just a smaller enclosure and a boost switch, where the 1 has internal trim pots.So what do you guys like for dirt pedals? I'm recently discovering that some edge in certain aspects of whatever that effect adds is making my presence felt in the mix in a cool way.
I've got a SansAmp Bass Fly Rig and a custom Dogtone Bass Fuzz. I'm into less being more, but am having a power supply made for the stuff I am using... with room for expansion if utterly necessary.
I've had nothing but flats on my 67 NR Bird for about 20 years.Love my gold Jack Casady! I have been very happy with the sound and feel of the Ernie Ball Cobalt flats I recently put on her. I bought these two packs while here in Az. Thinking about trying them on my 5 string Thunderbird. Anyone have experience with flats on a bird? Great idea? Crazy heresey? Any advice greatly appreciated
As I said before, I kind of like the mashup. Need to find out more.Mark Gooday (Ashdown/Trace Elliott)as cool as ever...never seems to age...

the T-Bird is a steal (with case) at around 1200 bills.... great neck and VERY versatile...apparently Rudy Szarzo and Glenn Hughes picked one up..

I know, I just think it's funny to say when I have a chance. I don't get many chances, so it's still funny.Standard answer: No. Of course not. You’re not fat.
Personally I'd drop a Switchcraft in there.

I've never been a Dead fan, but I've always really liked Phil Lesh's tone.I wouldn't say no to a Guild Starfire. (Of course, what I *really* want is Phil Lesh's old Alembic, but I doubt the odds are "ever in my favor".
Fuzzrocious Cat Tail (or an MXR M85 bass distortion which is essentially the same thing).
