Does this bass make me look fat?

Speaking of overdrives... That’s different. Guessing the “analysis” is pretty simple, like running a current through the liquid checking impedance, and a light through for color.
Still, easily tweakable.

That's quite bizarre - nail polish remover is highly viscus and very toxic and Coke will break down the plastic eventually - why would one want to deal with such is beyond me. It's an interesting experiment, but that's about as far as it goes.

She doesn’t show much art if you aren’t fb friends. Sent a request.
I think it's more an attempt at networking than anything. She's got an Instagram page also, but if you've requested her that's probably going to be good enough. Let her know you're interested in her art, that you got a reference... She's got some neat work.

Beauty....I almost went for a similar fatty....a starcaster because they are 30 inch scale and the headstocks are so cool. I think the JCs sound great.

Hollow-bodies rule! I have a ss and full-scale - both bring something special to the table. (both have flats) Many bass-players in the 60's played them - if it wasn't a Fender, it was a Gretsch, Gibson, Guild, Hofner or Framus hb.

Hello Tbird club!!! Long time member here and I have a quick question. Yes, I have used google and the search button to see if I could find this on my own and it’s become annoying. I’m looking for a replacement output jack for my 2006 Bird. The original has become loose to the point where I’m nervous gigging it in case my cable falls out. Who’s replaced one and which one is a good replacement? Thank you!

Personally I'd drop a Switchcraft in there.

I put a switchcraft in my JC. The metal is noticeably thicker than the Eppi branded jack that it came with.

I tried out a couple of Starcasters before I bought my JC.
The bolt on maple neck on a semi acoustic body was a weird combination and they were heavy. The JC is a much nicer instrument, but I am biased toward set necks and angled headstocks.

Same preference for set-neck over bolt-on, and for angled-back headstocks. Just a thing... looks more like a "musical instrument" to me, form following a function.

So what do you guys like for dirt pedals? I'm recently discovering that some edge in certain aspects of whatever that effect adds is making my presence felt in the mix in a cool way.
I've got a SansAmp Bass Fly Rig and a custom Dogtone Bass Fuzz. I'm into less being more, but am having a power supply made for the stuff I am using... with room for expansion if utterly necessary.

Fuzzrocious Cat Tail (or an MXR M85 bass distortion which is essentially the same thing).
