No, and to be perfectly blunt, I'm disinclined to go anywhere near anything with 'colonial' in the name.
The DSL straps work well for me and they're made in Sydney. Search over.
I recall reading that on the national news and something having to do with cheese.

I’m using DR Black Beauties on my Goth bird, I like the sound and the look so it’s a double whammy.
Personally, I'd take the neck off the bass and keep it in the case. Then I'd buy a Fender liscensed neck for a couple hundred bucks and use that on the bass instead. Down the road if you ever sell the bass the buyer can decide if they want to pay to have the original neck fixed.Hey all I am looking for some pro leve repair feedback on this thread I started:

It has been to two local repair guys who opted not to take it on. If anyone can give some insight/feedback on a solution, I would appreciate it.
Also I have been playing my THUNDERBIRD instead of the bass in the thread...
I use different strings on all my birds because I want each of them to bring something different to the table.
The FrankenGoth has La Bella black Tapes.
The 2015 Gibby bird has Black Beauty thick Taper wounds.
The Gibby Anniversary Bird has Optima Gold rounds.
The Eppi VP has Fender 7150 Round Nickels.
I've also used Cobalt Flats with great success on a couple of the birds. My next bird will most likely have Cobalt or Roto flats.
Look hard and try as many as you can find, in the end the right bird will make itself available to you.
Nice, but I'd hardly call that mint. For one thing, looks like someone's signature is engraved at the neck heel?

I haven’t had much neck dive problem. Strap pin on the back rather than the upper bout, and a 2.5” Perri’s poly strap (black with blue lightning) i took off a guitar works great. I’m torn between getting a similar Levy’s (black with purple lightning) or getting a Valkyrie leather strap- also not wide- for the VP. Wide straps give me shoulder and neck pain.

I’d have said “very good”. Depending on what you emphasize in the Reverb definition, you might squeak by with “excellent”. Maybe.
He wasn’t made in Sydney.

Can’t go wrong with an Epi Classic Pro. It is a neck through like the Gibson and has Gibson USA pickups.
