...ok, let me be more specific... here on the internets, we are (at least) cyber "friends" - you may actually be a 14 yr old Japanese girl, but as far as I "know" (am willing to entertain) - you are who you say you are and are pictured looking like. It's a game we're all playing as condescending adults... ;)

As I prefaced, my intent is driven by my own artistically conceptual alignment of ingredients to genre and in that way totally anal retentive by ordinary standards - it just suffices to entertain myself doing so. 'Indexing' is a term I normally wouldn't use, but you have made a good point using it and yes, that is what it comes down to in a literal sense. Dressed in a tux playing James Bond soundtracks for the appropriate on-stage gestalt lead me to use my '66 J (and not a T-bird shaped object) because it was important visually and sonically to do so. As I have the luxury to do so - I do so. :) And 'comfortablest' is an awesome non-word. In the same league as funest.

They would deliver the sound you want as well but may not be too pick friendly. If you want that deep dark sound with a pick try the DR Silver Stars.
