With respect George, that's what Precisions are for.
They do serve many purposes.

LOL - I'm not normally a bar brawl kind of guy, but I've often said if I were caught up in one, my bass of choice would be a Dan Armstrong Lucite bass...

Super heavy, indestructible and the added advantage of getting to actually see (through the clear body) the look on someone's face as they are whacked upside the head.![]()
Doubtful. I'm taking it with me.Go easy on my bass!![]()
Try one of these:Do you always wear your THUNDERBIRD to go shopping? Gonna have to try that.
It would scare the hell out of the kids when you pop the headstock off at them!LOL - it's an effective yardstick for proper social distancing since it can be used as a weapon on those that don't stand back.
Seriously, lately I've gotten rather testy when in checkout lines with people who ignore the six foot markers on the floor. A few days ago I had some lady's kids running all around me and touching every candy bar on the checkout line shelf at the grocery store. Wish I had my TBird with me, somebody would have got the message.![]()
That's great!
Suitable for the times...@PillO dig the new avatar.

When pyrotechnics were real. The original version of pyrotechnics!Yeah, but what a show!![]()
Yep. It sure was. Like most Js in my experience. Killer tone at home, bass blur live.On Talkbass, that would be what you call a 'bedroom bass'.
I've played a couple and both were heavy.LOL - I'm not normally a bar brawl kind of guy, but I've often said if I were caught up in one, my bass of choice would be a Dan Armstrong Lucite bass...

Disclaimer - this is not my bass, Just a screen shot off the web. Wouldn't mind trying one just to say I have, but probably heavier than I'd like to own.
Dude, if I walked into a venue and saw that bass on a stand on stage I would think;.....that must be one interesting bass player...think I'll hang...
