I did that in Iron Man 2!

agreed, true of ss amps as well howeverPower is described as "area under the curve" (among other things). When you move from sine toward square waves, you end up with more area under the curve. From a perceived volume standpoint, I finally decided it's because when the speaker cone is in motion, it's accelerating harder (in whichever direction), so it pushes the air harder, even though it's effectively resting more in the interim between the back and forth.
It's big, black, has attitude. I think you need to call that Thunderbird "Shaft".Decided to go "Blackbird" with my new Epi VP!
Poor man's Gibson RD? I think it looks badass, thanks for all the input the other day!

We live near Sam Bass (like the fish) Road. Google Maps must like me, because she always pronounces it Sam Bass (like the THUNDERBIRD) Road.
Hmm. No iPhone(flip phone), no iPad, no Android. SOL.That's where an iPhone or iPad comes in handy. (Android may have that, too. I forget.)

Thanks. I'm aware of that. I'm admittedly very strange-I use my phone as a phone. I don't text, I have GPS in my van, only other things that would interest me are sports(remember sports?)scores and maybe weather radar. My vision won't let me read e's on a small screen so, until absolutely necessary, I'll plod along in the late 20th century. Some of the lower cost service providers now give away the older model iPhones when you sign up with them. Not sure how tight the budget is but you need to purchase a data plan with an iPhone but it's not too expensive as long as you don't want the newest model phones.

What's the world coming to? Probably play a 53 year old bass as well.
Yeah the frequency response of my ears is getting worse and I feel more free to say what I think.I think he is describing being old enough to just not give a f#%k what anyone thinks anymore.
Now GET OFF MY LAWN!
That sucks. I had bought mine used, so I wasn’t out much money, but it’s still disappointing.Protection Mode. No warranty. Already spent enough .... out it went.
agreed, true of ss amps as well however
yes, but a power supply will only give so much....more related to the lack of an OT imo....Gm is Gm regardless of the construction of the active devices...Of course, but again, the sound is (was?) usually so ugly that it's not useful power, so no one cares.

I think having the 2 words be the same works perfectly. I can use the same word to shop offer up for both things I do. Buy bass gear and look for a bass boat. Saves time!Oh great, I Thought I was on a Bass website, but now it looks like I'm on a Bass website.
BTW - who's bright idea was it to spell those two words the same!
I resisted until I was going out of country for three weeks. Needed to have something small to take pics, and a way to stay in touch besides phone with a seven hour time difference. My wife stuck with a flip phone until a year or two ago.Thanks. I'm aware of that. I'm admittedly very strange-I use my phone as a phone. I'm a bit younger but my sight is rubbish, you can make the fonts bigger...it's easy,Thanks. I'm aware of that. I'm admittedly very strange-I use my phone as a phone.
