Oh good! I thought it might be something medical as well.
In network cabling, techs are taught never to look into the end face of any fiber optic cable. Apparently it’s really only the telco Single Mode Fiber that will have the power to burn your retina, but I’ve never tested that.

Well, put in an absurdly low offer and channel our very own duke'o'frock...
LOL - that just happened to me!:roflmao:
Recall a gave my FrankenGoth to my daughter a few months back. Fast forward to yesterday, and I was sitting around the house in a COVID lockdown boredom stupor surfing the net. Low and behold I ran across what looked like a pretty clean Goth with a $300 asking price. I sent them an offer of $150 shipped and they accepted it, I wasn't expecting that to happen.:wideyed:

So now I guess I'll have a new Goth in the next week or so. The fun part was explaining to my wife that I just accidentally purchased another guitar:banghead:. When I told her it was only $150 she just laughed:p

Not sure what I'm gonna do with it from a mod standpoint just yet, any ideas are welcome. But it will stay Black if not blacker. Pups, preamp, hardware, trim, strings are all up for discussion.

This is good news.

That might explain why Thunderbirds are far more expensive all of a sudden. I know that my son, who has made his living as a trumpet player, is now picking up guitar. It may or may not last, and he does have a Thunderbird. I gave him one. No self-respecting musician should be without one. He can actually play it a bit.
