If he were Canadian, we could say definitively yes. Many Canadians have a weekly call with Geddy.I'm curious if he's been talking to Geddy Lee.

Before deploying on Operation Desert Shield (which became Desert Storm), we received a series of vaccinations for possible protection from biologic weapons. Officers went first. There was a long line-up that stretched through the hospital and outside. After receiving multiple vaccinations (both arms, both cheeks), I checked that we were done. Then let out the loudest blood-curdling scream I could. Good times...I asked for one of those "I was brave" stickers that the kids get in the ER..The nurse smiled and said get out.![]()
They don't.didn’t know a Supertone makes a viable replacement for a 60’s two piece..
Yeah. When I got my first overseas shots and one was for plague, I asked wherinahell they were sending us.Before deploying on Operation Desert Shield (which became Desert Storm), we received a series of vaccinations for possible protection from biologic weapons. Yep. Had that one. It looks like mud and the injection site reaction was something. Enough swelling that I had trouble getting shirts on. And very painful for several days.Yeah. When I got my first overseas shots and one was for plague, I asked wherinahell they were sending us.
had a USMC roommate come back from Desert Storm....poor dude..Yep. Had that one. It looks like mud and the injection site reaction was something. Enough swelling that I had trouble getting shirts on. And very painful for several days.
Fun fact, that vaccine is still not approved by the FDA (nor health Canada). And don't get me started on the mefloquin debacle.
As poorly as you may think veterans are treated in the US, it is much worse in Canada. Suffice it to say that here the government is fighting veterans in court to not pay benefits that have been earned.had a USMC roommate come back from Desert Storm....poor dude..
is that a British or Canadian thing? If I recall, pensioners were well treated in Britain...with respect to my roommate, I meant it must have been one tough tour...As poorly as you may think veterans are treated in the US, it is much worse in Canada. Know this from the voice of experience do you? Were there 2 other words between "get" and "out"?("the" and "--*ck")

Yeah that situation is just bad. Veterans deserve far better treatment from our Government. As poorly as you may think veterans are treated in the US, it is much worse in Canada. Suffice it to say that here the government is fighting veterans in court to not pay benefits that have been earned.
Beauty! That’s gonna rockI got the neck yesterday, it is surprisingly light 1 lb 9 oz, and I'm very happy with the quality (1 piece, satin finish, mild flaming, roasted, luminlay side dots, rolled board). This is looking to be around 1 lb less than my beloved ThunderJ, so it should come in around 8 lbs. Off to the luthier for assembly this week.

When my dad was sent to Korea in 1950 he said they walked a like that had people on both sides giving shots. He and the others were getting shots as they walked the line from both sides at the same time. Fortunately that was the only way he was shot. Before deploying on Operation Desert Shield (which became Desert Storm), we received a series of vaccinations for possible protection from biologic weapons. They just told you that so you'd stay on board and not venture too far while deployed. Bet they told you there were things that make body parts fall off too.....Yeah. When I got my first overseas shots and one was for plague, I asked wherinahell they were sending us.
Unthinkable for any quasi advanced nation/government, especially one that would brag about and be some kind of standard for its superior care and concern for it's citizens. As poorly as you may think veterans are treated in the US, it is much worse in Canada. That’s just nuts, no matter who does it.As poorly as you may think veterans are treated in the US, it is much worse in Canada. Suffice it to say that here the government is fighting veterans in court to not pay benefits that have been earned.
