The thing I still find impossible to source is replacement black truss rod cover screws. I'm pretty sure they're #2 x 1/4", flat Phillips head.

Unless you’re willing to use slightly larger screws. Those TR screws are unicorns. I had a fit some months back when I couldn’t find one that dropped and rolled while I was working on the ‘15. Thank God my son found it.

Funny thing is that I bet Gibson has 1000s of them around.

These are an 1/8" longer but the price is right and the 1/8" won't make any difference, IMO.

#2 x 3/8 inch Black Coated Phillips Flat Head Screws

They're only 4 cents each but their cheapest shipping is $6 regardless of quantity it seems. I tried it with 3 screws and 50 screws. Same shipping cost.

Gibson sells some parts. I just looked at the Long and Mcquade site and found Gibson guitar pickups. Of course there aren’t any Gibson bass pickups.
