THUNDERBIRD (Friday? ha) with some synth this time, I was going to use some envelope there too but I forgot to turn the effect on, shame on me :roflmao:... Still, here's my version.

I can't help but sing along. :D

I hated 80s pop. But like everything, there are bright spots that get trashed along with the detritus. This is one of those spots. Just can't help but like this. Brings back memories of tight Jordache jeans and big hair.

Anyone else bidding on this one? Looks like it sank with the boat..or someone with toxic sweat played it in the summer in 100% humidity.

If it goes much higher I might be out..

I'd be concerned about what the PUs look like on the inside given the rest of it. But he kept the pickguard pristine with the plastic on! Personally, I think the PUs are worth that--assuming they aren't waterlogged.

still no place I’d rather be......each of these could be a 20 minute drive away....

Sure, whip out the "we have an ocean" card why don't you!:D We have woods, farmland, mountains, a swamp, a giant cave, all the bourbon anyone could want, low taxes and cost of living and lots of gold. There's even a small desert at Ft Knox. And Ashley Judd.....Never mind.

Well, it was worth a try. Cal does seem amazing, if not enchanting and I understand why many choose to live there.

I have a similar vintage H Bar C 'California Ranchwear' western shirt that I bought for $25 in 1973 from a thrift store. $25 was a lot of money then and thrift stores didn't have "vintage sections" like some do now. I have worn it playing my '64 T-bird live.., but many years ago. :) It is a bit tight but still fits.

Not Thunderbird related but I did used to haul a Thunderbird in a white one of these. I had the same rims but mine was actually a little more snazzy on the inside.

I had one of those for a while - eggshell white  with blue leather interior

A huge tank of a car. Somehow, that's what most of my vehicles have been
