It was a good night back in the day when we ended with this.
Fun song! 96 Tears-esk Farfisa organ! Kids really knew how to dance back then! So cool -

It does. Kid who played keys had a very cool red Farfisa.Including the dancers? The cheesy organ sounds like 96 Teardrops.
Love me some Ventures. Got to see them a coupla times with Nokie, Don, and drummer Mel Taylor's son on drums. Looks weird to see it played in B/D.
Hey Rex, looks like you're feeling better now!
Fun little song, hard not to smile while playing it. I love your left hand technique, so fluid and smooth.
Thanks for posting, stay healthy brother!
I have to stop watching your videos. They point out all too clearly what a talentless hack I am.
Excellent as always Rexx. And even I can play that one, although it has been awhile. Need to play it now!
I find myself really watching your hands, both right and left - wonderful!
Excellent! Love the Ventures, and you did ‘em proud.
Yeah, well. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. Or people singing to tracks.
TBH, I wouldn't mind in the least working to a set set list. But it simply won't work-for the places we play.
...
It's a new "normal".(sigh)
I’m picturing early 60s coffee house with everyone snapping their fingers instead of clapping.
Anyone else bidding on this one? Looks like it sank with the boat..or someone with toxic sweat played it in the summer in 100% humidity.
If it goes much higher I might be out..

I think I’m picking up this Greco on Monday. I really don’t need another bass!

Missing saddle? They look all there to me.....
Set-o'-strings, bit of clean & polish, some chrome screws from Philadelphia Luthiers & a few minutes to swap - if electronics are working as he says, then done-ish?
Unless I've missed something?![]()

Speaking of 1962 - here's a perfect TSC's song I just discovered that we should cover -
... Still, here's my version.
