Well, the ocean/sea-level rise will certainly re-develop the coast in Pacifica and in Florida and all that 'beach front' property will be underwater. (and sooner than any realtor will want to admit)

If you're watching the game, we might see it end tonight. The Bolts are an amazing team to watch, fast and creative and all. Hopefully, Habs are where Bolts were a few years ago, at the beginning of a cycle. Time will tell.
