had the chance to take a nice drive to Whidbey island yesterday, visited the Ebey gun battery.
It's in a beautiful location, here we're looking west up the Strait of Juan de Fuca, to left are clouds making their way over the Olympic Peninsula
Looking a bit north towards Vancouver Island, there was a young woman that had set up her easel to paint out in the field.

yeah but with GC the “blemish” could be a broken headstock and it comes in an acoustic gig bag.
I wonder if that’s the one that had the bridge jacked around causing the finish to crack all around the rear bridge bolts. The cosmetic damage could easily be hidden with a bridge cover but not sure if there was structural damage as well.

It just says open box. Guess somebody bought it and, since it doesn't sound like a P, returned it. If it was Burgundy, I might do sumpin' I shouldn't.(not crazy 'bout green-for me)
It's not Burgundy. They sound better. And kind of buckling down a bit to work toward getting the house paid off. We were there until we moved to a big house so my mother could have her own living level. I hate house payments. It's really the interest I dislike.

What makes me not so optimistic is the venue is on my neighbor city, it's 61KM from my place (37-ish miles). Yep, it could be much much worse. The only concern is stitches on my face
Something just struck me as odd. I’m sitting here playing my 2015 T-bird. You know, the one with the factory Babicz bridge. It occurred to me that the Babicz bridge was designed to be an aftermarket solution to “fix” the factory 3-point bridge that many folks complain about. It seems odd to me that Gibson entered into a (potentially expensive) agreement with Babicz to outfit the 2015 T-birds with that bridge, when it would’ve likely been much less expensive to have outfitted it with the same basic TuneOMatic bridge that’s on the Epiphone Vintage Pros. Can anyone provide any insight into why Gibson went with the Babicz instead of using the old tried and true system from the original 1960’s T-birds?
Nice! The first amp I played through in the late 70s was an old fliptop. It wasn't mine, but wish it were.
