Thunderbird Club

Last I knew Gibson had a Custom Shop, so now a Mod Shop? Somewhere between stock and custom? Sounds like a marketing move to fill that gap. FCS models are usually more $.
Looks like experiments and thus one of a kinds with a bigger price, so you pay for a unique bass.... It would be nice if they took orders.

Allegedly - but with a possible input or output problem. Sounded like maybe a bad jack, and was cheap enough that it'll make a good project if it's more than that.

But I haven't tried it yet, I heard something rolling around inside (one of the nuts for the retaining screws, apparently), so I figured I'd pull it apart & have a look at the insides.
I don't have my new speaker yet, that should give me some time to clean it up & check the rest of the wiring :)
I would use a vacuum instead of compressed air.
