It was, Gibson Mod Shop are one offs, they've actually done some interesting basses this year.

I love Geddy, I'm fine with weird time signatures, I love beer, and I would love to have a beer with Geddy and Alex.

I keep reading here about Sunburst finish on a Tbird, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one. I’ve seen stock Silver burst and Tobacco burst but not sunburst.

Of the Gibby bursts, I really like Lava Burst best on a double cut body.

The BlingBird build that I’m pulling together right now is Tiger Eye burst (essentially tobacco burst with grain highlighting). But a burst I’d really be interested in seeing on a bird is my Fender reverse black Pearl burst…

Just carrying Scott's bass is important, but not that important. If he ever makes anything of his life and makes it big that would be different.

It's really sour grapes on my part. He bought the blue '64 that I loved that wasn't really for sale--until he wanted it. I'm sure he could cough up more money than I would have been able to.
