I'm a Super-fan of David Lynch and Twin Peaks. Watched its late 80's- early '90s TV run when new and a number of times since. I have a DVD of the recent version (from a few years ago) and have watched it twice so far. (due to watch again soon) Also watched a 4hr lecture on YouTube of a breakdown of what the recent series meant, twice. One either isn't into him or his art, or like me - you can become obsessed. (in a good way)

I'll have to catch a episode. I'm not much of a current movie or TV series watcher. I did really like Psych because it was a who done it, and it was hilariously funny and poked non PC fun at everyone. I have never laughed so much at a TV program.

Not aware of Psych - will have to check it out. It would be hard to recommend one episode of Twin Peaks to someone who has never seen it. I guess I'd say watch the very first episode of the late '80s- early '90s TV show. Or for a more chronological experience - watch "Fire Walk with Me" which DL created post TP's as a "prequel". If it peaks your interest (see what I did there...) - continue episodes in order and if you get 'hooked', I'll help you follow where it gets... symbolic.

And as a side note - TP's redefined TV then. Nothing else came close to it before it aired.

Plastic surgeons (the ones I know) do great work. Although most think about boob jobs and facelifts, it is some of the most demanding training as it is all about reconstruction and function. One of the toughest residencies to get into.

Mine loaded the surgical area with local anesthetic so that I was numb for hours afterwards.

Cyst on the fascia would be painful and could impair function... Beware of recurrence; if you are prone to them, they will recur in different spots each hand.

Fill the script and take it. Be disciplined and don't take too much, but manage the pain.*

* Unless you have a previous substance problem, in which case you will know what you need to do.
Wise advice. If you have it and need it, you can take it. If you need it and don't have it.....

I think I mentioned before how a friend's wife had hand surgery a couple years ago. A week or so later she developed very bad pain and had to go to the ER. Because of the overreaction to some abusing pain meds, the doc would not give her anything. The husband told her (the doc) that she clearly needs something which was caused by the surgery that was plain to see, and they they weren't leaving until something was done. Another doc came in an eventually said he could give her a shot since she was in the ER. This is one of many people I know and heard of who have had legit pain management concerns and were denied even minimal pain relief options. People make bad decisions. I get it. Always have, some always will. Can't live life for others. But only persons of low IQ devise a plan to feel they have done some good that results in and causes real pain that could otherwise be addressed, but for do-gooders interfering. Even my doc is furious about how there was a foolish overreaction that hurts far more people that the great idea helps. He went on and on when we chatted about it once, but it horrible to deny a help to someone for fear of what "might" happen in a small fraction of cases. It's a rant, I know, but I hate to see people suffer and even more so when it was needless.

"Vital Signs" is one of my fav basslines from Geddy and there's also a short solo too. As it happens, it's also a first teaser from the forthcoming "Moving Pictures" deluxe edition that has a whole show from that tour on discs 2 and 3. Geddy was on top of his game as a vocalist then and sings it brilliantly.
Great mention. But I think you have said words never uttered before... :roflmao:

I saw them on the Moving Pictures tour. The second night at Maple Leaf Gardens.

The TBX in my Nocturnal/Warmoth has a center indent and Jio is correct that it is subtle. It doesn't make a dramatic change, at least with my pickups. The wiring diagram covers several different models of guitars and basses. There have been several people mention adding it to the bolt neck Epi's for a clearer or more defined sound. I plan to add one to my red Epi at some point.
Interesting. The neck from my JBS is on my maple leaf P, but I’m thinking of putting the JBS back together.

I liked Twin Peaks until it got so trippy I couldn’t follow the storyline.
