People are trying to help you out with their thoughts and ideas. If you don't like them, don't do them. If you are upset by other people's comments, perhaps you shouldn't post a question.
Now, my 2 cents worth... Being a bass player and owning a sedan is not in the "good idea" column. My unwanted opinion is admit you bought the wrong vehicle and buy a different one. SUVs and pickups work well.
Again, for the ones that are lacking reading comprehension skills...I'm asking a question about cabinets. Not "what type of vehicle should I own?".
Superb idea...buying another new vehicle and losing my butt on it is a much better idea than spending $3-600 a new bass cabinet that fits in the trunk. GENIUS! How did I ever miss that?
The car is out of necessity. I got it before I picked up this gig. I wasn't and I'm not a full time musician and my other job pretty much requires me having a car because I drive too much. If anyone else has any further questions I'll make sure and clear those up too.
And thank you to those of you who are actually commenting on my question. Not my choice of transportation. I can't for the life of me figure out why some folks can't stay on topic.
