I absolutely have to agree with this statement – as an art project this is totally valid. As a business venture, it's suicide. If we think about this as an art project and we realize it's designed to lose money it's fine!

already gave you the secret formula, my friend: Marshall stack above 200 Hz, Crown bipolar amps for sub-200Hz. Use old JBL 4520s loaded with 2226s, a biamp active xover, Alembic F2B for the Crowns, done.

haha, really great sugestion on 200 and up to the marshall, i'll just get a soldano avenger 100w for the 2x412 it has a 'deep' know i just love. thats a full stack just for the cream

i didnt even mention that i could use the stereo jack on my bass and send the bridge pu to the soldano and the neck pu to the 10s and folded subs that would blow the back doors off. i want the mosh pit to have an earthquake as part of the stage experience and feedback from the bass in my hands to shread.

After seemingly asking the same question and making similar statements multiple times, I can only assume the OP's main reason for this thread is to make this thread as long as possible.

For someone that knows as much as he does, he doesn't really seem to know much. If you know what I mean

Those Manley amps by the way look really awesome! can you imagine hooking up a Jules Monique with one of those? I really can't imagine a situation where I would need more than 270 Watts of tube power that my 400+ can provide however...
