If you include the FX loop I guess its in the middle on mine, I have EQ drives and other tone shaping in front as well as a light compressor, but my main compressor and cabsim are after (so are my delay and reverb but I don't use them in normal playing)

Does anybody primarily use the Le Bass in a non-rock context? Any jazzers, funkateers, reggae, country players, etc? I'd love to hear how you've used it and set it up.

It will do all of that depending how you set it up.
Obviously the A channel is a bit scooped inherently but there are so many combinations.
I use the A channel alongside a Hartke VXL and Cali76G and my passive jazz bass for a very punchy sound.
I use the B channel with my passive P bass as it's a lovely full sound with a bit of break up.
And the fusion modes can go where you want from subtle to nasty.
I really think it's very versatile and adds just the right amount of glitter to a sound or pushes you out front if that's what you want

@Cuzzie nailed it. Between the two channels and fusion modes, you can make this pedal work in any musical context you can think of.
The voodoo 4x4 is not recommended apparently. The onespot cs12 is apperently ok of not fully maxed.
I mostly use it for rock but I have it always on for other stuff as well. Basically, running direct to a PA or into a Class D amp it just makes everything sound better. I just leave the Le Bass in one setting on Channel A then i'm using a Boss MS-3 as a programmable EQ (amoungst other things) So I have EQ presets for a normal clean tone a slap tone etc, I have a clean tone preset per bass. So for clean use it may not seem like the Le Bass is doing much in my rig (its my primary overdrive) but it is the thing that takes it from a good sounding rig to a great one
Any issues with white noise when connecting the unit's DI out straight to the FOH board? Some tech guy wrote having encountered this issue with early models (early 2016) and apparently Two Notes confirmed this was the case and modified some components in the circuitry. Could this be verified?
I bought mine Mid 2016 and i'm pretty sure it had been in a store in Australia for over a month when I bought it and its fine. I run into a desk all the time.
My eyes have fallen on the Le Bass pre, and I have been browsing this thread a bit. Sounds like it could be a good DI for that old school, flat wound, foam muted, P-Bass tone? Maybe with just a touch of breakup if desired?
And it will make you breakfast in the morning and tuck you in bed at night and read you a story

Add your foam and or a a fret wrap as well and it defo gives that thump
Its really responsive to what you put into it and enhances any sound to be better on the clean channel, once you get higher up in the gain range the drive sounds a bit more modern but around breakup its awesome for many styles
That and a whole lot more.
It's one of the best boxes on my board. It's variables bring some great tones out of most all of the rest of my board pedals as well as being a real work on it's own. I look at it as "The one that rules them all". Remember the first time you stepped on a compressor? It will be like getting all new pedals again.
The channel options with "lots o' knobs" will have you experimenting for days if you like, or in 30 minutes you could be completely dialed in and satisfied with your board. Mine seems to work best as the last in the chain and into the front input of my D-800.
The Two Notes may well be one of the "last boxes standing" on my board.

That's exactly what I use it for when I'm using my PBass with flats. It can also do a really nice modern tone if you need it. Lots of amazing sounds in that box.
