The clean channel doesn't have a mid control which you might miss... but it's definitely versatile. It does aggressive grind better than the Tone Hammer... and the clean channel can definitely do Motown territory with the gain up to make it sound a bit tubby. But I prefer the TH with the AGS on and low gain for a generic warm tone - you might want to keep both pedals!

Has anyone plugged this into a powered speaker using the DI output? I'm thinking that it could make for a really cool little micro rig for smaller gigs. My le Bass should be here in about an hour or so...and I forgot to bring my bass to work...
I have been gigging with it for a few weeks now and FOH engineer is really happy with the DI out so I guess it wouldn't be a problem.
Finally got to do a headphone test today...huge thumbs up! I'll probably keep it bypassed for my regular tone, then use Channel A for slap and boost, Channel B to drive my wah pedal when I use it, and Cold Fusion mode for my dirty tone. I really didn't care for the cab emulation when using my headphones...maybe I'll like it better if/when I use it as a DI.
I can't fire up my amp in my apartment and practice isn't until Thu, but I'm getting together with another bass player friend on Tues to give it a full run with my rig. I'm sure it's going to be a winner.
I'm also thinking that the compressor in the link below might be a perfect match for the le Bass...you could set a different compressor/boost levels for each mode and program the le Bass to switch the comp settings with each mode change.

They need to double check some of their info on that sheet, IMO. The Cioks DC10 does have two 12v 200ma outputs that can be merged to a 12v 400ma output, but it also has two 400ma outputs that can each be configured to 12v and combined with the proper cable, therefore giving you 12v 800ma that should be more than enough for the le Bass.

Thanks again for the feedback!You might not even need it - pretty sure someone on here is running the Le Bass off of a 12v 200mA output from a 1-Spot Truetone CS7. However, 1-Spot do say that you can exceed the individual mA ratings as long as you do not exceed the total output of the power supply, so that might not be the same for the T-Rex. I emailed Two Notes recently to check and all they are saying is it needs 500mA, it might work on less but you're on your own. I am going to pick up one of these new 1-Spots, only question is CS7 vs CS12!
CS7 here and as can be seen, no current-doubler is required as per Truetone Support (for the reasons previously mentioned.)
Reconfiguring my board tonight. Can't wait to get this puppy out on a gig!
It's the JHS QuadraPog mod. It allows for two separate switchable settings for each octave. I leave one of each octave totally off, so it allows me to toggle each octave in and out without having to bend over and change settings. It's much more useful that way.
I'm not all that fond of the lower octave on its own but like it in combination with the high octave for synthy stuff, so I'll probably also add either an MXR BOD or Boss OC-2 to the board for a more legit sounding lower octave sound. Thinking I'll probably also add a Radial Big Shot I/O since I often bring an actual MiniBrute synth with me that also needs to go through my rig.
