Okay, I'm going to say it. It seems a bit surprising that no collector has taken the time to launch a definitive Peavey bass (or Peavey guitar) site on the web. We're talking models, photographs, and descriptions. Of course (in a perfect world) the manufacturers would track their history, and at least include a listing on their site, or a sister site. This was something that I did w/ Buescher saxes in the early days of the web (including nearly every model with many photos), and allowed it to disappear-when AOL stopped their web hosting for members.

Yes, this was a bummer, as they had a T-40 section.
The T-40 Enthusiast forum was a good place but the owner hasn't been there since July and it's full of spam. I'm working on a dedicated T-40 (and all other Peavey basses) forum. I'll let you all know when it's ready.
I know. Had one. Sold it. Nice flip too. It was puhrritty. But heavy as a mother and bulky on the stomach.
Not to take away from TB but I just created a dedicated forum to the T-40 and other USA Peavey basses. I hope you all will check it out. I literally just put it together. It's a work in progress and I welcome input and suggestions. Thanks and hope to see you over there as well as here on TB!

Last week the brown truck brought my latest bass. A '91 Rudy Sarzo signature. The G-string was broke -not a big deal - and the truss rod cover had the G-word on it. hmmmm...... So I caled Peavey to see if a new 1 was available - not only did they have 1 they mailed it to me free of charge ! !
Its in the shop having a few little things done I'll post "new" photos when I get it back

i stumbled across both a t60 and a reactor on CL this week, but managed to refrain.
since i've brought home 2 Epi les pauls in the last month, i dont think the wife would be very happy.

the t60 is still posted - $300 w/ ohsc - lots of buckle rash, looks good otherwise
there is also a t30 w/ the ohsc with the built in amp ... bit high @ $450
can't find the reactor - must have sold.
