so i get a message on teh book of face yesterday - a long time friend just picked up a '82 black / maple T-60 with chainsaw case from CL for $200. jealousy ensues.
if i had to pick a Peavey 6 string, a Reactor would be my first chioce, then a black/maple T-60.

yeap, the kind with the way off center handle. looks like a chainsaw case, only guitar sized.

1984 Foundation & Contour (chainsaw, bullet) case. I love the color & its a nice case too. Super Ferrites ! !

Haha, however old you feel like the label pertains to! There's a mid-90's ATK on ebay right now being valled 'vintage'
Congrats on the bass!!! A Foundation is VERY high on my list! My T20 is my main player, and i just LOVE the super ferrites! They especially love old tube amps

I currently have an '81 Sunburst T-40, an '86 Foundation & an '89 Fury.
I have pics, if necessary. I really dig them all.
I'm also buying a Mahogany Patriot from Tim as soon as it's ready. Looking fwd to that.

Thats a really nice foundation, especially with the old Peavey "P" knobs. I had seen it around ebay for a while, the price was originally set a little high but gradually as time went by it got more reasonable. Would have checked it out if I had not got my Patriot when I did. How much did you pay for it?
