Missed this earlier. You need a ball end hex wrench so you can drive it at an angle.

When I was cleaning up the Fury, the standard nut on the truss rod worried me. Fortunately, the neck has the perfect relief on it right now, but it might be a beach when it comes time to adjust it.

Not sure if anyone is interested in this, but I'm working with a local, Nashville guitar maker to do exact replicas of T-40 bodies, but lighter...I'm not selling anything here...he's doing one for me and I could pass along his info if anyone is interested :)

I have a '78 T-40. Wonderful instrument. It would get more playing time if it weren't so dam heavy.:hiding:

Need to find a couple original knobs.

That looks to be a really early model. I have seen a Patriot and a Fury with that type of head stock. Notice the neck is not a jazz style. I believe these are 1-3/4" at the nut. Great condition though I'm not a fan of the red.
