U.S. Peavey Club

Just purchased this.

Hey gents

Got back from a 3 week job to discover my latest Peavey hadn't left Erlanger for Scotland. This was a worry as the seller had followed the rules
but once it hit Erlanger the trail stopped and if it went dead he would lose out.I always want the seller to get paid pronto and me the goods.
So I emailed him in Michigan to say if I had to start a case it wasn't his fault but just procedure and hopefully ebay would get their finger out and
find out the problem.

Wished I hadn't bothered because with no warning this turned up this afternoon.

The B-Ninety with Seymour's and OHSC for a ridiculously low $66 and about the same shipping to Scotland. Some dents and chips as a bass that's been played should have and a crack over the
control cavity where I suspect it's fallen over as the jack has been moved.

And I care not a jot,it sounds great and after giving it 24 hours to get over the jet lag I'll do a quick set up.Mainly drop the action slightly.Being unfamiliar with the B-Ninety I've got
to say I'm impressed though I shouldn't be,after 13 Peavey's I know the quality they're built to.

All in all a very happy Scotsman again.

Fingers crossed you find a five string Bigtruck.

Just had some good news. A fellow bass player in Bulgaria has just agreed to sell me his T 40 parts. Some crazy person had
chopped the body down so he made a LaCabronita out of it using a Basswood body, big Dusty Hill fan I think.

Now I just need to source a body. Wish me luck folks.

Just fishing here folks.

I've a spare T 40 neck and Foundation body I picked up from Peavey UK,they're a good fit.
When the other T 40 parts arrive from Bulgaria do you think they'd fit the Foundation body ?
I know I'll have to rout out for the pickup and pots but does anyone know if the pickguard will
cover the VFL routs ?

There's a guy from Glasgow I was going to sell the Foundation body to but if I can use it meantime
I'd prefer to do that.

If anyone can help answer it'd be great I don't want to keep the fella hanging.
