Might be impossible to have a T pickup with separate coil volumes. There is the series wired hot, the ground and series connection wire (which goes to ground to make the coil split). It would require digging into the pickup to get the necessary 4 wire setup for parallel coils.
I would play with the resistor value in the T45's network to fine tune the cut frequency. When I built my T45 inspired network with a Q Filter, I chose the resistor to cut around 500hz. Makes for a nice, fat tone when cut.
