Seems to be a pretty bad picture ....also, missing string, poorly intonated, and lots of crud buildup would make me wary it might have been abused. I would want to see it in person first. If everything works and the finish is not too bad, I'd go as high as $250, maybe a bit more with a good condition case. That's me, someone else might feel differently.
The T series instruments all had the metal knobs. My 84 Foundation has the stock metal knobs, but the 85 Foundation fretless came with the plastic/rubber knobs. It's fairly easy to tell what knobs were originally on the 80s era basses. If the pots are original and the shafts are solid--it had the metal P knobs. If the shafts are split/splined--plastic knobs. I got a package of those brass shaft sleeves so I could metal P knob all my 80s basses with split shafts. I did that to my 94 Forum Plus, too, but recently put the original chrome domes back on it and put those metal P knobs on my T42.5 to be more era correct. haha

Who sells those? My GV has that Bartolini Pre in it with the stock knobs and they are split shaft.
