Funny you say that, the camera I use is a Nikon but just a point and shoot digital my wife bought, not a fancy DSLR.
In the 70's/80's/90's I had a nice Olympus OM-1 35mm SLR film camera.
We bought a new house a year and a half ago and the front porch here is okay for photos, but our last house on the other side of Austin had the perfect front porch.
Always well lit, but never direct light until right at sundown, nice even flood of light the whole rest of the day, no harsh shadows.

That's the same bass Michael Anthony uses. For $199 how can you go wrong ?

Out of morbid curiosity (asked this a while ago but didn't get a definitive answer so trying again) what size/designation of ultralight tuner from either Schaller, Hipshot or Gotoh will fit a 90s Foundation?

My favorite Foundation is super light but a tiny bit neck heavy. I'd like to perfect it.

I don't know why nobody has answered your question. Sometimes they just get lost in the mix. I wish I had a definitive answer for you, but my best guess is any Hipshot Ultralight should work. You only have two choices ; 3/8" and 1/2". Both are only 1mm difference. If the 3/8" is too small, just use a 1/2" drill bit. The amount of material removed will be so insignificant that the original tuners will go back with no problems.

I did not know Michael Anthony got in on the Peavey love,
for some reason I thought he was a longstanding Yamaha BB guy.
The one in that pic is much more pointy bodied than the one at Music Go Round.
I think the big single VFL pickup Forum version with the pickguard and two band boost/cut (USA made) came out in 1995 and was only made for a two years?

IIRC ("If I remember correctly" for those who aren't sure what IIRC means), on Van Halen's "Live without a Net" from the 90's era, the wall was all Peavey guitar and bass amps. Eddie was playing the Wolfgang and 5150 amps, and Michael was playing the Peavey VB-MA tube amps and cabs. It was pretty cool seeing Peavey dominate the screen.

Although Mikey generally played whatever he wanted, he favored Yamaha BB's since the 80's, and Im sure he still does. He currently does have some endorsement thing with Schecter as well. When Eddie was playing Kramers, Mikey started playing Kramer Spectors, when Eddie moved to EB Music Man to build his signature model, Mikey began playing EBMM Sterlings...and when Eddie went to Peavey, Mikey followed suit. In the 1998 Live in Sydney concert, Mikey is playing the bass in that pic, and what appears to either be a 5 string Forum or G-bass, and then another black Forum.

That's pretty cool that you're a Mikey expert. To me, Mikey never sounded better than on "Live without a Net". That is textbook ROCK BASS. He is playing those 32nd notes with such authority. That's the DVD that made me realize that Mikey is one of the best rock players. He does exactly what the rock bass is supposed to do.

Oh wow, I'm SO CONFUSED !!!! Thanks for that clarification. I still LOVE Live without a Net. I will HAVE to check out 1998 live in Sydney, now.
