Ha! It does, probably one of those people who doesn't play above the 7th fret!
That's a really horrible refinishing on a Peavey Foundation in the transitional period between the superferrite Foundations and what would become the Axcelerators, Cirruses, etc. Those soapbar pickups are actually really nice single coils under that lid. I used to have a white version of that bass in the 5-string version. I've attached a picture of what the headstock is *supposed* to look like. Someone ground the hell out of it and stuck on the bogus logos. I think maybe it was a neck from a difference bass, ground down to something Peaveyish.

That Foundation that Bleeker linked to on Ebay has a normal headstock from 1992.
Here are two of mine from 1992, the Foundation is the same and the Fury is the same idea.
No pinstripe, softened headstock shape and weird logo/model name sizes.

Ha! If so, it hasn't exactly elevated the price point.
That second one's certainly interesting. What bass is it from? A 1992 Foundation would have had Super Ferrites in it—not the single coils in the monstrosity in question. Could be a Foundation frankenbass with an earlier neck on a later body.
Edit: Just found an image of a '95 Foundation in the 4-string version and the pickups have four height adjustment screws, not two as in the monstrosity in question—but the higher mass bridge is right for '95. Pickup replacement? So now I'm baffled.

99.99% confident that is a 92 Foundation that was routed for aftermarket soapbars and refinished. The pickup routs are not very pro, nor that refin. Better than I can do, though, haha.
I had the guitar version of that. Heavy, well made, super hot pickups. It was a clearance item from Guitar Center for $99! I flipped it on ebay for $250 and used that $ to buy my 84 Foundation from Guitar Center! Ha!

Well, let's hope THAT stays that way. I don't plan on selling any of my Peavey's and the only thing I would do is buy another or 10.Ha! If so, it hasn't exactly elevated the price point.
Just to put this issue to rest, all has been resolved. My parts were sent out today with extra care taken, and photographic proof. I hate that I had to take it this far as to mention it, but whatever works. Desperate times call for desperate measures and I felt it had to be said.
So, balance has once again been achieved and the Peavey Club is again a safe place.
In all fairness to the situation, I don't think malice or thievery was ever intended, only laziness and poor business decision making. I don't want this to be an issue, but I think it's only fair to let you know it's been taken care of. I hold no grudges, and I would expect that we are all an extended family here and act accordingly. We all have our own issues, work hard for our pleasures, and just want to be treated fairly. There's enough BS out there already and fuses are very short. Let's keep our little Peavey thing safe. OK stepping down from the soap box.
Any chance anybody knows what size saddle adjustment screws are in the bridge on USA Peavey Millenniums? I need to replace some of mine since the hex heads on some of them are stripped and I can't make regular adjustments.

I have a 91 with this same headstock, except a rosewood board. And lemme tell you, that is a SLAB of rosewood, nicer than any other peavey I own. Im not a huge fan of the bass overall, and its definitely a step down from the 80s models in general, but I do really like that neck.
Pretty sure it's a Hipshot A style bridge on the USA Millenniums. You could get the screws from Hipshot I reckon.
