You're in Cali -- it's illegal to dine out (unless you're a politician)
You got that right ! I hope Minnesota is a little more normal than the Left Coast here. The hypocrisy is a slap in the face. The "funny" (sad !) thing is it happened AGAIN at the same restaurant in Sonoma but with different politicians ! The wine bill was $13,000 ! The price of a new Alembic. Whew, I turned it back to bass... :)

Covid is a smart one.it knows when ur sleeping.it know s when your awake.it know s if it time to sit down n eat n it knows what time we stop drinking.i don't know where they get their ideas but it's wiping out the non rich.

Stranger.... the Governor opened up outdoor dining. It will be -3 this week... if anyone wants to come on over for a frozen pizza, that's legal.

So ... the Patriot I got a few weeks ago has neck problems. I've been working for days to get it setup and was just unable to get it right. Ski jump, twist, neck is just not going to cooperate. Finally today I took it in to a luthier shop that I use and they confirmed the neck is no good. Basically I have a $300 bass with a neck that needs at least that much to fix the neck, and no guarantee it can be fixed.

My best option is to find another Patriot, hopefully inexpensive and use it as a donor for the neck. My question is about fit. Can I assume that all Patriot necks fit all bodies?

Just bought this on Reverb. I am SUPER pumped! If you ask me it’s drool worthy gorgeous. I paid $650, which I’d argue is a smoking deal on a boutique quality bass with a factory case. Admittedly I’m not certain what the market is right now for a US Millennium 4 but I’ve always wanted one and this one ticks every box so I had to pounce!

You paid in the current market rate... I have noticed that the Plus (premium finishes) are selling a bit faster at a higher rate.

It took me a while to find a "church worthy finish" 5 last year... I think I paid like $550 for one that is gig rashed (used the body to mate with a GV neck)

Pretty bass... I miss the days I used to buy these all day long for $150-160

Oh WOW, I saw that ! You SCORED !!!!! I always figure that the case is a $100 added value, so you got that GORGEOUS, GORGEOUS bass for a great price, but regardless of that, you got an AMAZING bass !!

That's a bummer. 99.9% sure Patriot necks are interchangeable. However...

...try this. I know of a few necks from some friend's basses that have been serviced there and they all are still holding stable many years later. It costs about $100 round trip to fix it.

According to UPS tracking it’ll be here Christmas Eve (fingers crossed...). It’s going to be a GREAT Christmas if it shows up on time!
