I try to keep my Peavey bass collecting to a minimum, ...because it is too easy to accumulate Peavey basses.
They come cheap and many of them are in great condition and fully functional with very little wear and tear.
If I don't really want one, or I lose interest in it for some reason, then I sell it asap.
That is why I sold my beautiful blue Foundation to Chuck M who sold it to Thundar recently.
I don't care for a Foundation, don't need the bridge pickup and a Slant Fury or a Patriot will serve me just fine for a Super Ferrite bass.
Sold my G Bass to TinIndian because a 35" scale bass is not a comfortable neck for me, so no need to hold onto it just because it's a cool bass.
Not sure why I still have three split P Fury basses, but one is going to get a Thunderbird pickup in it where the split P pickup has been removed.
I would have a serious Cirrus problem if I had the space and funds.
Get one of each!I still need to add a nice US Cirrus to my stable. It's going to have to wait until I get my Spector paid off in a couple months.
I just can't decide if I want a four or a five. It'll probably depend on what I see at the time
Not really. I do like the darker woods though.Get one of each!
Are you looking for a specific wood combo?
Great idea, I put a T-bird pickup in a Cabronita style buildbut one is going to get a Thunderbird pickup in it where the split P pickup has been removed.
You need a little Wenge...Not really. I do like the darker woods though.
And one of each sounds like a great idea!

Ok here is the Peavey family pic...yes, I know I should not be allowed to operate a camera
Its dark and rainy outside, and there is zero natural light in my den...so this is as good as it gets

And to think, this lovefest all started because of a Stingray 5 I bought, and immediately sold...which gave me enough moolah to turn around and buy the Milly 5 and the Cirrus 5 both
Hmm..That's a great collection!
That Milly 5 plus is awesome. What is that finish? Tobacco burst?Ok here is the Peavey family pic...yes, I know I should not be allowed to operate a camera
