Not my first choice but I couldn't put it down. one thing Mike- If you feel that the NeoX-212 has more bottom....cool. But as you A/B, realize that the different cabs will open up at different distances.
So, don't just stand at say ....15 feet away for both cabs as you compare. Rather, look for the sweet spot in each cab.

I was wondering if anyone tried the Uber 410 on top of one of the Neox212's with the GBE1200... that's gotta be sweet!!!

lol...I haven't, at least not yet. I am checking county code to see which day I do it.
that's what we did for Randy Jackson when he was at our shop. We laid the Neox on its side and put the 4x10 on top ...running it with a GBE1200.
He was running through three of these rigs in our shop ....playing with my Lakland. We really cranked that thing.![]()
I asked Dennis on the phone the other day about trying the 212 on it's side with the Uber on top. Given how big the 212 is when you lay it down, it would make for a massive bottom end, and then allow the Uber to supply more punch and ballz. I bet that would be a slammin' setup.
haha. Yeah, it's a far cry from the ultra light/small focus you've had for the last few years. I guess you don't have to go build your own stuff anymore now that you've got the little Shuttle 3.0 combo, eh?You guys are insane. In a good, but scary way.
Cheers

lol... I'll am up to my butt in tomorrows gig (because of course he changed the material he wants to do tomorrow at the Ram's Head and sent an email to us all at 1 Oclock). Hence I have been trying to learn tunes and not creating artful stacks of cabinets, which bye the way hurts me. I love a cabinet challenge. On the light lighter side, dual 112's on the floor driven by the 6.0 with dual neoX212's on top being driven by the 1200 is just stupid sounding.
Not that I did that.
