Lots of Louis Johnson tracks were slapped on a Stingray or Sabre.
Schism by Tool. Im sure I read that JC only ever used a Stingray on 46 & 2 and Schism.
+1 Louis Johnson is the Stingray master.
You could pick any Brothers Johnson, or 80s George Duke. You could add any Michael Jackson tune from "Off the Wall" or "Thriller" to that list too.
Outstanding. So if you have to pick one outstanding Louis Johnson track - what would it be? Same thing with Brothers Johnson, etc.
Oldies You can't forget:
Just What I needed from The Cars
She Sells Santuary from the Cult
Jessie's Girl from Rick Springfield
Admittedly...Jessie's Girl, Another One Bites The Dust, and the Cars are my earliest memories of StingRays and the beginning of my lust for them.
RHCP Aeroplane was played on an Alembic wasn't it???
