Wal Bass Club.

Admittedly this delivery doesn't carry quite the same electricity as I would expect in a box direct from Surrey. Someday I will know that feel... However, what's inside is something I've always wanted since I first laid eyes on one in 1991... it has been my #1 bass want.

The acclimatizing period was *excruciating*... but it is now time for the Grand Opening... Ladies & Gentlemen, may I present to you... Reddy Lee!

Yes overall the packaging was disappointing, but there was no shipping damage. This isn't a brand-new bass... it's definitely a player. But it's been a well-taken-care-of player... just some hairline polishing scratches, surface buckle rash, and a very small chip on the fingers side of the neck at the 3rd fret that won't impact playability. The gold hardware is in good shape without the tarnish and pitting that seems to be common in most gold-hardware Wals, and the caps were swapped out 7-8 years ago. There are also straplocks installed.

It's actually good that it's a player, because I won't be completely terrified of playing it hahaha.

My only regret is that I can't pair this with the black Geddy Mk1 I sold years ago... I would pay dearly to get that bass back.

GUILTY! Lol. Sorry you missed out graphics, I was all ready to get in line myself. I had been gassing over the demo piece Caca posted on page 355, and then SiberianKhatru cross-posted the Reddy Lee. I nearly had a thrombo responding as fast as I could. TBH I was rather surprised it was still available.

Srs big thanks to SiberianKhatru for the cross-post!

I remember that bass all too well.
I think the owner even wants it picked up in person too.

on the looks of reverb, since like he has a change of heart and willing to ship.....I must say though...pricing on the bass is a bit north....but the shipping cost for UK to US is a solid steal!!! only $137!! wonder if he realizes he's gonna need paperwork for the RW fingerboard.
