Wal Bass Club.

Replaced Hipshots w/ Chrome Satin until originals come back. "Worlds Gnarliest Wal Pups Award" probably goes to me. Two decades of fingers hitting the same spots.

Btw, what type of satin finish should I use to touch up belt buckle/worn spots?

Yours is nothin'! There is a woman named Maitri from Christian Death and she has worn holes thru the facings of her Mk1.

What's the finish on the left one? Seems black with a strange sunburst in the middle? Do you have some close ups? Is it original or a refin? I like that one.

Its the original finish and its the wood top with poly over. The pic is what i playfully refer to as the "Iowa Trifecta" myself and two good friends all own a wal. Mine is the black one. I believe it’s a shedua top.

its not shedua, its ash. Most re-issue Pro's with the tear drop electronics plate were made with ash. going by the center figuring, looks to be ash.

It ran dry for a bit, then a few, then dry again, then a batch popped up... but more of the same, Mk1's and Fivers.
Still only a couple Mk2 4's and mk3 4's per year.

Then there is that Double neck available in Germany (serious offers only:jawdrop:).
Ugh, tell me about it. The 4 stringer Mk2 and MK3s are not so common. I was originally looking for a trade for my fiver and at this point I may just buy the next one that pops up so I don’t miss it haha.

just remember, the next ones that pop up, you'll probably have less than 24 hours to decide - so don't hesitate
