Wal Bass Club.

Oops. Damian beat ya to it.
I guess the big thing for me is having the bass sit further to my right, like when it’s on my leg when seated. This brings the nut/reach a lot closer which is more comfortable when playing long gigs. You’re not holding your arm out as far, which can get very tiring. It also puts the instrument on a better balance point, like when you tilt something heavy and it gets to that point of balance that suddenly makes it feel “lighter”.
That other strap would help with a heavy bass, though. Very cool.

I woke up this morning and almost bought this..... figured I would let someone else have a chance since I’m currently not in the market.
Wal MKII 1996 Walnut facing | Jake's Gear Garage | Reverb.
Originally a Fretless.... looks to be in great condition.
Super rare to find a 4 String Mk2 in the wild, let alone without price gouging.

I'm messaging the seller right now, oh so very close to pulling the trigger :)

Curiosity has the best of me...
Why not just hit the BIN? The price is low for a Mk2.
Because it's a 4 not 5, and I'd really prefer a 5. Plus @kulit17 can attest to my recent difficulties in acquiring a Wal from europe...Funny, as we speak he has just informed me upon his research he can only ship it with insurance for up to 5k and after looking into shipping its more than he thought it would be. Yes it's a great price, but it's not really the configuration i'm looking for and it's not the last great deal that will ever exist. Therefore, I'll let this one go to someone else

Kudos.
I’ve nearly bought a “close enough” Wal a few times. But with some patience I finally got what I really wanted.
