That's a big topic. I don't know if this is the place for that discussion and I'm not an expert. A good teacher would be the best choice for that.
yes we are expressing opinions but yours is seriously uninformed and kinda dangerous. how many specialist have you talked to about this? how many bass teachers? how many physical therapists? I've been to dozens of specialists/therapists/teachers and spent years working on this problem. this is a serious topic with real physical consequences.
if I went your route I would still be seeing doctors and therapists to overcome my "faulty" technique......
