Sheesh, I was hoping more for a discussion of the characteristics and tone of Warwick basses rather than a tutorial on the pronunciation of the manufacturer's name.

I believe Andy Irvine pronounces that second "w" as well. So....ya....

I'm in the UK and people refer to the basses here just as they would refer to the place name. No second w pronounced.
Any, it makes it clearer to me why people sometimes refer to them as "''wicks" when phonetically in the UK you'd shorten it to "rick" if you had to.
I hear how good that bass sounds all the way over hereI don't care how you pronounce it.....as long as it keeps bringing the thunder!!
