Maynard's wine is actually really good. Amazing? I don't know, but I sure enjoyed it. Didn't try it with Hot Sauce though
More bothered by the horrible music his band produced as opposed to his opinion on pedals. Has he even relevant since the 80s or whatever?
Seriously? Hang out much on this here effects forum? How does knowledge of electronics, and the desire to improve on tone tools correlate with album sales? Here's a nobody who plays guitar, but wait, he designs, creates and manufactures a whole bunch of pedals...
Believe it or not, you can find this brand amongst the Boss, EHX, and Digitech boxes in as generic a store as GC. Many of those other brands on that list have moved far beyond being tossed together in a garage, some are still 'cottage industries'. It's where innovation comes from.
If you need an 'album seller', here's a guy who probably has Brian's number on speed dial, so he would be able to discuss his needs...
Paisley's name may be on the pedal, but it's still manufactured by Wampler; he obviously didn't feel the need to go into the effects business himself.
LOLZ @ anybody who said Kirk Hammett sucks or isn't a good guitarist. He played lead guitar on 3 of the most important metal albums of all time. Like it or not his leads work great for those songs. I'm no Metallica fanboy by any stretch, but come on!
If you consider everything that falls into the category of "having an even mildly unfavorable reaction to" as being offended...ok.
I've met some amazing guitarists who barely play outside of the town they live in. I've also seen more than a few famous musicians who are just ok players. Actual skill has little to do with accomplishment in pop music. Quit it with the appeals to popularity and record sales. We get it, Kirk made a lot of money, and is a decent guitarist. Big deal. He is still factually and objectively incorrect in this instance.
So irrelevant he sold out ATT park in San Francisco. Did your band do that the week prior?
Who is this actual guitarist that Kirk insinuated would be working with him?
Isn't that home field advantage? Which band are we talking about, Metallica or the Kirk Hammett Experience?
Metallica would put butts in bleachers if Dave Mustaine was showing up instead. The Rolling Stones haven't been relevant for four decades, but they seem to still pack 'em in. See, there's this emotion kind of thing called nostalgia... BTW, for the lightning bonus round, which instrument did Leo Fender play?

Every single member of Metallica live in a bubble, the "Metallica Universe" if you will. Robert Trujillo is the only "musician" in that band and he rarely steps out and does anything on the side, his skills have severely regressed since joining that Metallica cover band.
Hammett? One of the worst guitar players out there today, he literally cannot play in tune to save his life and his vibrato is pathetic. He has regressed the most out of the entire group IMO, Lars gave up decades ago so that is accepted but Kirk? It's baffling how bad he is....he had some solid solo work in the past. Hiding behind that wah pedal is probably a big factor in his regression..."wah wah wah.....diddle diddle diddle....wah wah wah"....ok yeah cool dude..there is a solo. GTFO!
Check out some examples, him playing with Michael Schenker is baffling...he gives Schenker a riff (basically based off a Schenker tune) in A....Schenker solos first then Kirk comes in and is playing in shaging E....***? Notice he doesn't adjust either and continues playing out of tune..
His vibrato and simple mistakes (wrong notes) here is also baffling, it's not a difficult piece...***?
