What are you GASsing for?

Chorus and maybe reverb too. I don't own any pedals at the moment unless some crappy Danelectro I got when I was in high school counts (it's cheap guitar distortion and noisy as hell).

High on my list of possibilities:
Orbital Modulator
Tech 21 Bass Boost Chorus

Dispatch Master
Dimension Reverb

Dispatch master has that delay though....so hot....

Hmmm... nothing too serious these days, except for an MXR BOD. The rest is rather benign, but still tickles a bit:

- EHX Micro Q-Tron
- VT Bass (Character Series)

EDIT: I'm taking the AW-3 out of the equation and adding a fretless bass. As fretless would be totally new for me, this would work.

Strike all dat crap.
I'm fighting the urge to buy a Zoom MS60B. I'll try to get through the day without buying one.

Strike all that crap. Zoom MS60B is the pedal I'm thinking about. I'll try to make the day without buying one.

Although not answering your question, "What are you GASing for?" I'm in an Anti-GASing mode right now. The result of fullfilment on too many bass related items from GAS!

Anti-Gas = selling off excess!

Are the synonyms for GAS.............. obsessive compulsive disorder, complusive spending, materialism, covetousness, lust, selfish desire, continual dissatisfaction?

Guilty as charged!

OK.......GASing for an Aguilar Tone Hammer 500, a Sea Foam Green P Bass, a Butterscotch split coil P Bass...............The world's greatest Jazz Bass and the world's greatest Precision Bass! Any and all vintage pre-CBS Fender basses from 1951 to 1964. An Ampeg V4b all tube amp. (A 2014 Toyota Corolla.)

There's no end to GAS!

My GAS has actually subsided for a stretch I think. I hope. Last pedal I got was a demon king a couple weeks ago and I no longer feel the NEED to get anything. My GAS list is still pretty long but I'm pretty happy where I'm sittin at the moment.

Pedal-wise, only a Bogner Ecstasy Red, and I'm not even in a burning hurry to buy one.

Bass-wise, I only want to finish my Peavey board rebuild. After that, it's about building my own. It has been ten years in the making, and I need to do it now.

Amp-wise, I'm on the cusp of ridding myself of my Mesa, for another not-suitable-for-a-house amp. Since it's a Lambeth amp, and there are maybe five of them in the world, if it doesn't pan out, maybe I can get a few more shekels for it than I paid.

What I need, though, is to break my writer's block, both musically and review-wise.

I just got a White Russian and I was able to do it as a trade. So I am happy.

I want an FEA compressor but I have never been able to get a compressor to work right. Or a chorus.

I can't help thinking a Photon Fuzz would be cool.

Then again PEace on arth, Good will towards men.

Ugh, my gas list is getting bad

Basses:
Guild B302
Geddy Jazz
a good '51 P

Amps:
JGR Pre

Cabs:
Dually

Pedals:
BDPG or MK Behemoth (can't decide)
The Demon
Mobius (kinda)
Zvex Loop-gate
M-Thump
Some delay or verb
Malekko B:Assmaster germanium

I don't even want to think about the kind of money that I'll end up spending

My revised GAS list, pretty much in order:

(1) Beat Buddy---whenever they actually come out on Kickstarter
(2) Massive power supply---probably a Pedal Power Mondo, but possibly a Cioks Ciokolate
(3) Additional expression pedals that work right---I could use a second VP Jr. 25k for my M5 and something that actually works for my BSY 600 (VP Jr. doesn't, Moog EP-2 works poorly)
(4) Empress Heavy---more of a guitar GAS item, although I just picked up a Hardwire TL-2 that is probably a good approximation of this and is functional GAS suppressant for the moment
(5) Bass Tight Fuzz---I'm happy with my dirt except for not having a true fuzz, this is the one I'm leaning toward (IE Oxide might be my second choice)
(6) Iron Ether Subterranea---thinking of ditching my Markbass SuperSynth for a more modular setup
(7) Envelope Filter---as part of the modular setup, either the Iron Ether Xerograph or WMD Super Fatman are at the top of my list
