Lost Girl: D. H. Lawrence. I had been forced to read Lady Chatterly's Lover in college and like his style. That was only about 25 years ago. So, I'm reading my second novel by him. This one is awesome. Very modern like Faulkner or Joyce-- more modern than today, written yesteryear. I guess I'll have to read all his stuff now.

I know what you're thinking... this is Victorian romance... NOPE! It would be like calling Faulkner's Snope Trilogy a Duke's of Hazard comedy (both are funny). But early on in this novel-- no sign of Young and the Restless, or Jane Austin, thank Bob.
