My momma says, "Don't hate, Appreciate". There is always someone who likes or even loves the basses that don't do it for me. To each their own. But there is no doubt that Bassist rules!!! :bassist:

No actually we aint. This is nothing more than a bitching session that will no doubt end in someone getting pissed that their bass is getting dissed. And that is my opinion.

Well, just to be safe, I'm gonna save myself a ton of trouble:

Dingwalls suck, Bongos own.

Now I feel I can hate everyone else's favourite basses equally.

Mmmm. I'm puzzled by the venom at the start of this thread (pointless thread, etc) when there are soooo many pointless threads all over the place - (show us your orange/green/blue/mauve/red/pink basses, Ash or Alder?, what features do you like but don't want?, show us your bodies, J or P? blah blah). If someone says they prefer ash, does that mean everyone with an alder body is gonna flame them and generally cause a ruckus for havin their wood dissed? Let's hope not. I've read the rules and can see what mods are trying to do, but if people sare gonna go mad if someone posts a post like this, does that mean we can't ask for opinions anymore (cos that's essentally what's being askd for in this thread)?

Come on people, be civil. We all love basses and we all wanna talk about them. Err, that's it....

I will now sit back and wait for my thrashing.
