Today I gained a new phrase - Death row dingo - Grazier's enemy set to be Pelorus Island's environmental hero

Due to an incident that happened yesterday I learned to never take anything for granted.

If you love your significant other or whomever (kids) etc......love them TODAY. Don't put it off. Don't become complacent.

Time and tide wait for no-one.

Don't wake up muttering the words "If only I'd..." because those words are wasted breath and of no use..

If you love a person, check your self-important ego at the door and do exactly that.....because once the door of life's decisions and actions closes behind you, you can't re-open it and the damage is done.

this one was leaking at the wax ring and at one of the tank>bowl bolts. Replaced the wax ring with one of the newer no wax units, replaced the tank to bowl bolts...tested, tweaked, tested again.

Good job. The hardest part about toilets is thinking about them. That, and they're usually in a small alcove.

If you used sealant at the floor, I trust you left a 3" or so gap at the back. Just a reminder.

Funny thing, because although I've always been interested in most different types of music, I've also been a listener of country music all of my life, and I'd never heard of him or his sad story. "Greystone Chapel" is a darn fine song, though.

TIL that my college art professor passed away. I don't think I'd spoken to him since I graduated, as I was sure I would just blend into the endless faces of past students, but I had a good relationship with him, and he was a fine professor.
